Please note that this return policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be delighted with your purchases and feel it is only right to offer a straightforward returns policy. You have the right to cancel in writing (via email email@example.com) any order placed on our website up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you receive your items. After this time, we will not accept any responsibility for the items.
Any returns must be sent back in their original packaging, we cannot accept returns that are not in the original packaging. All returns must be sent using tracked postage,
We’ll cover the return delivery cost if the item is faulty, damaged or defective otherwise the costs will be yours.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Don’t worry we will sort it. If you have an issue or have received a damaged item please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address letting us know the issue as best you can and attaching any photographs showing the damage or fault. We will respond to your email within 24 hours of receipt. Alternatively, you can call us on 01924 299384

PROCESSING MY RETURNS?
We will process returns as quickly as possible, but some may take longer however we will endeavour to do this in 14 working days from receipt of the item/s. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used in the original transaction or the Paypal account used. If we cannot offer an acceptable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
